Philip J. Scolieri
Philip J. Scolieri has been practicing law since 1984. During his 25-year career, he has concentrated in the areas of real estate, construction and business law — with a particular focus on financing for private and commercial projects. In addition, Mr. Scolieri's practice includes administration of estates.
Mr. Scolieri, who represents businesses and individuals, is admitted to Pennsylvania courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
A graduate of Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School, Mr. Scolieri received an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh before earning a law degree from Duquesne University.

Matthew J. Beam
Matthew J. Beam has been practicing law since 2005. He currently represents clients in the following areas: intellectual property, including patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright law; business law; estate planning and administration; civil litigation; and real estate. He also brings experience from former areas of practice, including family law and bankruptcy.
Mr. Beam is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions: the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, including lower state courts; the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, including the United States Bankruptcy Court; and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Beam grew up in Ligonier, PA. He graduated from Ligonier Valley High School in 1994, and received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Geo-Environmental Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 1998. Mr. Beam began his professional career as a software engineer. Following several years of work as an engineer, he entered law school and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005.
